Personality Empowering:

Multicultural education focuses on overall personality of an individual or a group through positive thinking and impactful decision making skills which creates the entire package for future leaders both physically and mentally without any discrimination on the basis of culture, language and religion as well.

Socially Transformative:

If you hope to prepare students to be active participants in an equitable democracy we must educate them about social justice issues and model a sense of civic responsibility with in the curriculum. Starting with youngest students in corporate discussions about difference and inequality in to your lessons this can be done across all the subject areas.

Pedagogically Humanistic:

The approach of humanistic teachers is to focus on the psychology of students what they want to learn. The process of teaching is to provide both science and logical reasoning through polishing the skills they already have without imposing the rules of traditional methodology of teaching. For Example: A child will create their own condition of worth by understanding behavior that they are the recipient of as well as behavior that they see. This helps them understand how they can deserve positive emotion and whether they deserve those emotions from others.

Culturally Discriminating:

Cultural discrimination is the biggest barrier among the entire education system which needs to be fully addressed in a responsible way cultural discrimination impacts the student both mentally and physically which should not be entertained by any means. Multicultural education does not support any such discrimination based on caste, culture and skin color. This education system promotes the idea of equal rights of education to every single individual which provides better growth to students and to the entire society.

This shows that the Cultural Discrimination can never be a part of Multicultural education or any other educational systems in order to build a healthy society or healthy workplace environment we should not accept any discrimination based on caste, creed or religion towards ourselves or others. We all should accept Multicultural education with open heart which promotes the overall wellbeing of students in order to provide them incredibly developed and settled future by breaking all the traditional and Orthodox rules which creates a barrier both physically and socially between all the cultures.
